Hi! I’m Pınar.
Ever since I was a young person, I’ve been fascinated by the intersection of connection, creativity, and innovation. With a background in engineering and youth work, I serve my community at the intersection of mentorship, interdisciplinary event design, and impact-driven consulting.
My journey has led me to work across education, corporate sectors, and social enterprises, developing programs that foster resilience and adaptability, or providing operational consultancy.
Passionate about adventure, friendships, and authentic conversations, I support children, teens, and families with

- Seasonal immersions + retreats
Providing customized programs in learning design, resilience-building, and multidisciplinary education, I also consult companies, organizations, and institutions.
Bio
Pınar O’Connor is an engineer, mentor, and consultant dedicated to education, innovation, and social impact. With a background in production systems engineering and counseling, she bridges technology, interdisciplinary learning, and personal development to create transformative experiences for individuals and organizations.
Her career spans youth mentorship, strategic consulting, and leadership development, working with corporate teams, educational institutions, and nonprofits to design impact-driven learning programs. She has collaborated on initiatives that empower youth, professionals, and institutions to build resilience, adaptability, and forward-thinking skills.
Pınar has led youth leadership programs and experiential learning workshops while also supporting young professionals through career coaching, future-skills training, and providing institutional consulting. With a global perspective and trauma-informed approach, she is committed to shaping the future of learning, connection, and innovation.

My daughter attended Aperio Gatherings with Pinar in Bellingen, Australia. I was incredibly grateful for what this program brought to my daughter... My daughter attended Pinar’s beautiful youth gatherings for several terms. She LOVED it! Pinar is kind, patient, and gentle and runs beautifully structured sessions that include asanas, journaling, and an age-appropriate interpretation of yoga theory. My daughter has cerebral palsy
and the classes were always versatile enough for her to expand her body and enjoy peace, as well as make friends and have fun.
Pinar's work with my children over the last year has been a delight to watch unfold. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her sessions, and engages the children with many different games, activities, and asanas. Her gatherings are fun, creative and just the right amount of
